COACHES AND TEAM PARENTS NEEDED!

Champions United Soccer Club relies heavily on volunteers. Volunteers are enlisted to provide coaching support and team management for youth soccer. We need coaches for our soccer program! Experience is not required. We will train you and give you everything you need to successfully manage a team.

In order to volunteer with Champions United Soccer Club, you must be able to pass a criminal background check. Also, every coach must submit an application to coach a team, and he or she must sign the Coaches Code of Conduct. Lastly, each coach must attend a 3-4 hour on-field/court clinic, which covers position play, tips, drills, and sport-specific coaching points. After the teams are formed and coaches assigned, each team will need a Team Parent to assist the team coaches with administrative duties. Duties include the preparation of a snack schedule, indicating whose turn it is to bring team snacks and planning the team’s end of the season trophy party.
